1. The “UNE EXPÉRIENCE SANS LIMITE!!” contest (the “Contest”) is organized and sponsored by Liquide Design Inc., including its subsidiaries and brands (the “Contest Organizer”). There is one (1) grand prize to be won consisting of one (1) racing experience at the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières on the race track in a Porsche GT300 driven by professional race car driver Alex Tagliani (non-transferable) and one (1) night at a hotel, with a monetary value of five hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $500.00). The Contest begins on July 17, 2024, at 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on May 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Contest Period”).

 

Eligibility

2. The Contest is open to Quebec residents who have reached the age of majority in Quebec at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees, agents, or representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent company, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize, material, or service suppliers related to this Contest. Immediate family members and individuals living in the same household as these individuals are also not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” is defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouse.

How to Enter

3. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. Participants can purchase one of the TAG on the Go products at participating Metro and Metro+ locations between July 17, 2024, and July 31, 2024, and complete the online entry form at www.tagonthego.ca.

3.1. To enter the Contest, participants must have a valid email address and be of legal age in Quebec at the time of entry.

​

3.2. Only one (1) entry per person. Entries using false profiles will be disqualified.

​

3.3. The Contest Organizer may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any participant submitting multiple entries in violation of these rules.

Prize

4. The prize includes a racing experience at the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières in a Porsche GT300 driven by professional race car driver Alex Tagliani (non-transferable), one (1) night at a hotel valued at five hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $500.00), and a pair of tickets valid on August 10 and 11, 2024, for the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières 2024, with an approximate value of two hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $200.00). The track experience with Alex Tagliani will take place on either Thursday, August 8, 2024, or Friday, August 9, 2024, depending on weather conditions. The winner will be notified 48 hours in advance.

5. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Prize Draw:

6. The Grand Prize draw will take place on August 1, 2024, at 11:59 AM EDT in Blainville, among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected winner will be contacted by email on the day of the draw.

Prize Awarding

7. To be declared a winner, the selected participant will be notified by email on the day of the draw. The selected participant must respond to the email from the Contest Organizer’s representative within three (3) business days. Otherwise, the selected participant will be disqualified and forfeit the Grand Prize. The Contest Organizer may then, at its sole discretion, select another participant. The newly selected participant may also be disqualified if they do not comply with this paragraph.

General Conditions

8. Verification: Any incomplete, fraudulent, or late entry will be rejected and will not entitle the participant to any prize.

​

9. Disqualification: The Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a person or cancel one or more of their entries if they enter or attempt to enter the Contest using a method contrary to these rules or deemed unfair to other participants.

​

10. Acceptance of Prize: The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be substituted, in whole or in part, for another prize or cash, except as provided in the following paragraph.

​

11. Prize Substitution: In the event that the Contest Organizer cannot award the prize as described in these rules, it reserves the right to award a prize of the same nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize as indicated in these rules.

​

12. Limitation of Liability: By participating in this Contest, any selected participant releases the Contest Organizer, any company, corporation, trust, or other legal entity controlled by or related to it, participating stores, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives from any damage or dissatisfaction they may suffer due to the acceptance or use of their prize.

13. Responsibility of Prize Suppliers: Any selected participant for the prize acknowledges that from the moment they are declared a winner, the execution of services and obligations related to it becomes the sole and exclusive responsibility of the various product and service suppliers related to the prize.

14. Contest Modification: The Contest Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, in whole or in part, this Contest in the event of an event or any human intervention that could alter or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest as provided in these rules.

15. Prize Limit: The Contest Organizer cannot be required to award more prizes or award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.

​

16. Limitation of Liability: By participating or attempting to participate in this Contest, any person releases the Contest Organizer, any company, corporation, trust, or other legal entity controlled by or related to it, participating stores, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents, and representatives from any damage or dissatisfaction they may suffer due to their participation or attempt to participate in the Contest.

17. Publicity Consent: By participating in this Contest, any selected participant authorizes the Contest Organizer and its representatives to use, if required, their name, photograph, image, voice, place of residence, and/or statements about the prize for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation.

​

18. Communication with Participants: No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with participants regarding this Contest other than in accordance with these rules or at the Contest Organizer’s initiative.

​

19. Personal Information: Personal information collected from participants in this Contest will only be used for the administration of this Contest. No communication, commercial or otherwise, not related to this Contest will be sent to participants unless they have otherwise consented. In all cases, personal information collected from participants will be treated according to Liquide Design Inc.’s privacy policy available at: support@tagonthego.ca.

20. Contest Organizer’s Decision: Any decision by the Contest Organizer or its representatives regarding this Contest is final and without appeal.

​

21. Dispute: Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest or the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the courts of Quebec for resolution according to the provisions set out in paragraph 25 of these rules.

​

22. Severability of Paragraphs: If any paragraph of these rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable, or void by a competent court, then that paragraph will be considered null, but all other unaffected paragraphs will be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

​

23. Precedence of Rules: In case of discrepancy between the details of the Contest contained in these rules and those contained in any promotional material (Contest-related materials), the details of the Contest outlined in these rules will prevail.

​

24. Jurisdiction: This Contest and the rules related to it are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any judicial dispute related to the Contest will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in the district of Terrebonne.

​

25. Language: In case of discrepancy between the French and English versions of these rules, the French version will prevail.

​

26. Any attempt to damage the Contest website or the legitimate operation of this Contest may constitute a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. In such cases, the Contest Organizer has the right, at its sole discretion, to claim damages to the fullest extent permitted by law and to file a complaint with the competent police authorities.
